FAQ

Common questions

What is the difference between account sign-in and webmail sign-in?

Account sign-in opens the customer workspace for billing, domains, and plans. Webmail sign-in connects a specific mailbox like you@yourdomain.com.

How long do DNS changes take?

Most providers propagate MX and TXT records within an hour, but it can take up to 24 hours. The Go Live checklist in your workspace shows what still fails.

Where do sent messages appear?

After a successful send, a copy is written to the Sent folder so the mailbox stays in sync.

I lost access. How do I recover?

Use the account recovery page to request a sign-in link if email auth is enabled, or reset via your account provider.

Still stuck?

Contact support with your domain name and the mailbox you are trying to use.
